Is thePrepDoc registered and bonded?
thePrepDoc is registered and bonded, as required by California law. thePrepDoc is also a member of CALDA (the California Association of Legal Document Assistance)
What type of cases does thePrepDoc handle?
Anything that falls under the family or civil law, that includes but not limited to civil complaint, response to unverified/verified civil complaints with affirmative defenses, civil restraining order, collection proceedings.
Divorce, Custody, Visitation and/or Support restraining order with/without children, Emergency Custody, Support Motion, Small Claims, Probate.
When is payment due?
All clients must sign a mandatory contract for service at the time we are hired. Payment in full for our document preparation services is required at that time.
Third-party costs such as court filing fees, ect are not included in our service fees and are paid as they are incurred. Refunds can only be given up to 24 hours after payment is received, afterwards no refunds will be issued.
